If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website. On-property services at Halla Saari may also be subject to separate house rules and operator terms issued by licensed resort partners.

These Terms of Use apply to the website only. They do not replace contracts you may later enter into for accommodation, dining, membership or gaming once a licensed operator confirms a booking or admission.

3. Eligibility

Access to the Halla Saari casino floor, gaming salons and any gaming activity described on this website is restricted to individuals aged 18 or over. Valid government-issued photographic identification is required at the casino floor entrance. Horizon Marketing and its licensed partners reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual unable to provide satisfactory proof of age or identity. This website is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Some jurisdictions restrict online advertising of casino services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this website is lawful in the place from which you access it.

4. Reservations and payments

Suite, villa and dining reservations requested through this website or through our contact channels are subject to availability and to the specific cancellation terms confirmed at the time of booking. Rates displayed for Fjord View Rooms, Aurora Suites, the Founder's Penthouse and Halla Saari Villas are indicative and are confirmed in writing prior to any payment being taken. A valid payment card is typically required to guarantee reservations of Fjord View Rooms and above. Payment processing, where collected, is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant partners.

Deposit, no-show and cancellation rules for restaurants (including Lumi tasting menus) and spa treatments are stated in the confirmation you receive. If you do not receive a written confirmation, treat published web prices as guidance only.

5. Gaming rules and table limits

All gaming activity on the Halla Saari casino floor is conducted in accordance with the house rules posted at each table and slot bank, and with the minimum and maximum stakes described on this website, which may be varied by the casino floor manager at their discretion, including for private Aurora Circle gaming salons (Corona, Veil, Pillar and Ribbon). Chips have no value outside the property and are non-transferable between guests without management authorisation. Progressive jackpots such as the Northern Lights Jackpot operate under published rules available on the floor.

Nothing on https://horizonmarketing.xyz constitutes an offer to gamble remotely. Gaming takes place only on licensed premises at Halla Saari, subject to Finnish gaming law and on-site controls.

6. Conduct on the property

Guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward staff and other guests. Horizon Marketing and its partners reserve the right to remove any guest from the gaming floor, suites or dining rooms for conduct that is disruptive, fraudulent, or that violates applicable law, including suspected card counting, collusion, or the use of unauthorised devices at gaming tables. 7. Intellectual property

The Horizon Marketing name, the Halla Saari mark, and all text, graphics and design elements of this website are the property of Horizon Online Marketing B.V., Horizon Online Marketing B.V. or their respective licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent. You may not scrape, mirror or commercially exploit site content without permission. Short quotations for press coverage are welcome if you credit the source and link to https://horizonmarketing.xyz where practical.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law of the Netherlands, Horizon Online Marketing B.V. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on published information about Halla Saari, save where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights you may hold under Dutch, EU or New Zealand law.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands applicable to Horizon Online Marketing B.V., and any dispute arising from use of this website shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may hold in your country of residence. Descriptions of resort and casino services at Halla Saari do not displace the local regulatory framework that applies to licensed gaming operations in Finland when you are on the property.

Horizon Online Marketing B.V. may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this website at the time of your visit or reservation request.
